Refunds & cancellations

Plans change. Here's exactly what happens in each case.

If you cancel

• •More than 7 days before the event — full refund, no questions asked.
• •Within 7 days — we can transfer your spot to another player, or hold the amount as credit toward a future event. Credit does not expire.
• •No-shows — we can't refund a missed session, since the spot was held and the coaching was staffed.

If we cancel

• •You choose: a full refund, or credit toward a future event.
• •If an outdoor event is stopped partway for weather, we'll either finish it on another date or issue credit.

Multi-day camps

Camps are priced for the whole camp, not per day. If you can only make some of the days you're still welcome, and the price is the same. The cancellation terms above apply to the camp as a whole.

How to request one

Email contact@extratimeathletics.com with the player's name and which event they're registered for. A person reads it and replies — usually the same day.

Refunds go back to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
