The terms you agree to when you register with Extra Time Athletics LLC.

What we sell

Extra Time Athletics LLC runs soccer events and coaching in Anne Arundel & Prince George's County, MD:

• •Competitive events — penalty, 1v1, 2v2, juggling and freestyle tournaments, with an entry fee per player.
• •Camps — one-day and multi-day coached training, priced per participant.
• •1-on-1 coaching — $50 per one-hour session, arranged by email.

Prices are shown on each event page and are per participant in US dollars. The price you see is the price you pay — we absorb card fees.

Registering and paying

• •A spot is held for 30 minutes while you complete checkout, then released if payment isn't finished.
• •Your place is confirmed when payment clears, and you'll get a confirmation email with the time and address.
• •Spots are limited per age group and are filled in the order registrations are completed.
• •One player per checkout. Registering two children means checking out twice.

Age groups and eligibility

Age groups are based on the player's age on the day of the event, not the day they register. Players must register in the group matching their age. Anyone under 18 must be registered by a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms and the liability waiver on their behalf. Adult divisions may require photo ID at check-in.

Prizes

Where an event advertises a cash prize, it is a fixed amount stated on the event page and is awarded in the 18+ division only. Youth age groups compete for medals, never for money. Cash prizes are not funded by entry fees and are paid regardless of how many players enter.

Refunds and cancellations

Set out in full on the refunds and cancellations page. In short: full refund more than 7 days before an event, transfer or credit within 7 days, and your choice of refund or credit if we cancel.

Safety and conduct

• •Participation carries an inherent risk of injury, which you accept by registering.
• •Footwear rules are listed on each event page and are enforced — no metal studs.
• •We may remove anyone whose behaviour puts others at risk, without a refund.
• •Venues are not ours; we're guests there, and their rules apply too.

Changes

Times, venues and formats can change. We'll email everyone registered if anything material changes, and the refund terms above apply if the change doesn't work for you.
